摘要
原子吸收光谱法在检测食品中金属元素时,主要针对食品中的金属元素进行检测,其能够获得检测速度快、准确度高、检出限低以及选择好的更多优势,采用原子吸收光谱法检测食品中的重金属元素相比于传统的化学分析法具有更显著的优势,因此现阶段在食品金属检测时多采用原子吸收光谱法。本研究相结合原子吸收光谱法检测食品中金属元素的应用进行总结和展望。
In the detection of metal elements in food,the atomic absorption spectroscopy mainly aims at the detection of metal elements in food,which can obtain more advantages of rapid detection,high accuracy,low detection limit and good selection,the use of atomic absorption spectroscopy in the detection of heavy metals in food has more significant advantages than the traditional chemical analysis method,so at this stage,the use of atomic absorption spectroscopy in the detection of food metals.This study is combined with the application of atomic absorption spectroscopy in the determination of metallic elements in food.
