探索小学数学合作教学的必要性和改进策略

摘要 随着教育的不断改革,应试教育的观念逐渐被新式教育观念取代,素质教育被重视起来,教师在教学的过程中不仅仅要传授知识,还要发展学生的核心素养,教师的教学方式也要跟上时代的步伐进行改变。传统的数学教学中学生是处于被动学习的状态,这不利于培养学生的数学思维,学生只能在不断地练习中巩固所学知识,难免有些枯燥乏味,学生提不起学习兴趣,更不可能有高效的学习效率。合作教学是一种非常有效的教学方式,小学生天性好动,合作教学不仅能激发孩子的个性,还可以增强学生学习兴趣,加强学生间的交流合作,发挥学生在课堂中的主体作用,增强课堂效率,培养学生的合作能力。使用有效的合作教学策略,提高课堂质量,促进学生的全面发展,是教师引进新式教学方式的重要内容,也是教育改革的需要。 with the continuous reform of education,the concept of exam-oriented education is gradually replaced by the new concept of education,quality education is valued,teachers in the process of teaching not only to impart knowledge,but also to develop the core quality of students,teachers teaching methods to keep pace with the pace of change.Traditional mathematics teaching students are in a state of passive learning,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students'mathematical thinking,students can only continue to practice in the consolidation of knowledge,it is hard to avoid some dull,students can not raise interest in learning,more can not have efficient learning efficiency.Cooperative teaching is a very effective teaching method.Primary school students are naturally active.Cooperative teaching can not only stimulate children's personality,but also enhance students'interest in learning,strengthen students'communication and cooperation,give play to students'main role in class,enhance classroom efficiency and cultivate students'ability to cooperate.The use of effective cooperative teaching strategies to improve the classroom quality and promote the overall development of students is an important part of teachers'introduction of new teaching methods and the need of educational reform.
