摘要
保育员工作质量直接影响幼儿的发展与成长,因此,幼儿园应要求保育员定期进行系统、专业的培训,要求保育员认真负责做好本职工作,若发现保育员不按照要求和规定完成工作,需依照管理规定予以处罚或者辞退,以使保育员自觉按照管理规定协助幼师完成教育、看管、引导等工作。此外,幼儿园还应要求老保育员引导新保育员,以及明确提出必须转变传统的教育观念,以使保育员在工作中落实新的教育理念,对幼儿进行耐心的引导和教育,有利于提升保育员专业素养和保育工作质量。
