培育核心素养,提高高中数学教学的有效性

新课改提倡教师看重课程的效率,注重学生的学习成效,对学生的学习提出更高的要求,同时影响着教师和家长,只有教师和家长互相配合,在学生学习时给予更多的帮助,才可深入学生的学科能力,培养其综合能力,使其满足社会发展需求。目前,在高中数学课堂中,如何根据教学内容设计教学方案,使学生的数学能力围绕着综合能力提升的方向进步,在这样的教学思维下,教师的综合教学能力能有所提升,对学生的核心素养培养也有较大的帮助,为学生的数学学习打下坚实的基础。本文主要站在高中数学教师的立场,从高中数学教学目前存在的问题开始讨论,再深入学生核心素养的培养,提出培养策略,以供专业人士参考。
