浅谈注塑生产的自动化改造

摘要 随着高分子聚合材料在医疗、食品、电子电器、仪器仪表等各个领域的广泛应用,其产品的品质对注塑成型工艺的依赖程度越来越高,但随着原材料价格的上涨用工成本的增加,市场的激烈竞争,为了保住市场份额,迫使生产企业不得不挖掘潜力降成本,改变传统生产模式通过实行自动化改造改变传统人工密集、环境脏乱型生产模式,采用集中供料系统、机械手、模具监视器,配以传送机构等,以提高生产效率及产品质量,从而增强企业的竞争力,同时为企业树立现代化工厂的形象,从“制造”逐步向“智造”转变。 with the polymer materials in medical treatment,food,electronic appliances,instruments and meters and other fields are widely used,its product quality more and more dependent on plastic injection molding process is high,but with the increase of raw material prices rising labor costs,to the fierce competition in the market,in order to retain market share,forced production enterprises to explore potential cost reduction,change the traditional mode of production by implement automation transformation to change traditional labor intensive,filthy environment,production mode,adopt centralized feeding system,manipulator,mold monitor,with the transmission mechanism,etc.,in order to improve the production efficiency and product quality,So as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,at the same time for enterprises to establish the image of modern factories,from"manufacturing"gradually to"intelligent manufacturing"change.
