浅谈企业职工离退休管理工作

近年来我国经济发展迅速,社会主义市场经济的发展以及和谐社会建设进程的推进都要求建立较为完善的离退休职工管理与服务的社会化体系。离退休职工管理与服务社会化体系的构建是社会发展的必然要求,也是政府为人民服务的职责所在,更是社会保险制度不断发展与完善的重要组成部分。这就需要大力推进离退休职工管理与服务社会化体系的构建。

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the development of socialist market economy and the promotion of the process of building a harmonious society require the establishment of a relatively complete socialized system of management and service for retired workers.The construction of the socialized management and service system for retired workers is the inevitable requirement of social development,the duty of the government to serve the people,and also an important part of the continuous development and improvement of the social insurance system.This needs to vigorously promote the construction of the management and service socialization system of retired workers.
