中职学生成绩多元化管理模式的实践研究——以阿克苏职业技术学院为例

摘要 在素质教育改革和新课改背景下,追求学生的综合素质全面发展。而中职教育在开展的过程中以服务为宗旨以就业为导向以能力为本位开展办学,既要注重学生理论知识的学习同时也要注重学生专业的发展,还要在学生理论知识和专业技术发展与进步的过程中使学生的德智体美劳等综合素质得到全面的进步。因此在中职学校进行教学的过程中,针对学生的学习成绩进行多元化管理,从而通过科学的评价方式对教学进行指导,可以有效的实现中职教学目标早日实现。本研究将于阿克苏职业技术学院为例研究多元管理模式在中职学生成绩评价过程中的应用,以期通过本文的研究能够进一步指导中职学校在进行学生成绩评价时运用多元化管理模式。 under the background of the quality-oriented education reform and the new curriculum reform,the comprehensive quality development of students is pursued.The secondary vocational education to serve in the process of conducting employment oriented with ability as the standard to carry out education,should pay attention to students'theoretical knowledge learning at the same time also should pay attention to students'professional development,but also in the students'theoretical knowledge and professional technical development and progress in the process of making the students'physique and comprehensive quality of comprehensive progress.Therefore,in the process of teaching in secondary vocational schools,diversified management of students'academic performance is carried out,so as to guide the teaching through scientific evaluation,which can effectively realize the secondary vocational teaching goal as soon as possible.This study will take aksu vocational and technical college as an example to study the application of multiple management modes in the performance evaluation of secondary vocational students,so as to further guide secondary vocational schools to use multiple management modes in the performance evaluation of students.
