促进高中青年政治教师专业成长研究

青年教师已经成为高中师资队伍中的重要组成部分,是学校教育教学发展的中流砥柱,目前青年教师教学经验还存在很多不足,促进青年教师专业成长就成为学校教师队伍建设永恒的主题。本文从几个方面简要阐述了促进高中青年政治教师专业成长的方式和途径。
