由于经济的不断发展,航空运输量大幅增加,机场终端空域的“瓶颈”现象越发突出,尤其是在空域拥塞地区出现第二、第三个机场之后,终端区的航线网络更加错综复杂,由终端空域引发的延误越来越多,同时潜在的不安全因素也大大增加。现在的排序方式主要依靠管制部门间的管制放行协议和管制员手工排序,为了提高多机场终端区的运行效率,有必要采取一种智能的离场航班排序方法。
