铁道信号与自动控制专业是我院的一个重要专业,要让专业不断发展,适应工作需求,提升专业知名度。就要勇于探索,大胆改革。在专业核心能力的培养中我专业注重教学资源的开发与应用过程。本文就做好教学资源开发工作,对老师的要求以及具体的开发举措进行了阐述。

The railway signal and automatic control major is an important major in our college.It is necessary for the continuous development of the major,to adapt to the work needs,and to enhance the popularity of the major.We need to be bold in exploration and reform.In the cultivation of core competence,my major focuses on the development and application of teaching resources.This paper expounds the requirements of teachers and the specific development measures for the development of teaching resources.
