摘要
石墨列管换热器具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,传热性能好,并且拆装便捷,易于检修,尤其是在粘胶化纤行业应用广泛。但是由于石墨列管换热器整体在抗拉和抗弯的强度方面较低。尤其在高温蒸汽的使用环境下,容易发生石墨管破损情况。文章重点分析在高温蒸汽与硫酸酸浴介质换热时,影响石墨列管换热器损坏的原因,以及相关的解决措施。供生产参考借鉴。
The graphite tube heat exchanger has good corrosion resistance,good heat transfer performance,and convenient disassembly,easy maintenance,especially in the viscidity industry is widely used.However,the strength of tensile and flexural strength of the graphite tube heat exchanger as a whole is low.Especially under the condition of high temperature steam,it is easy to break the graphite pipe.In this paper,the causes affecting the damage of the graphite tube heat exchanger during the heat exchange between high temperature steam and sulfuric acid bath medium and the related solutions are analyzed.For production reference.
