职业院校在多元主参与的背景下如何构建有效的内部治理体系

受高等教育大众化的普及,高等职业教育市场化的进一步发展的影响,我国高等职业教育的主体逐步呈现出了多样化的趋势。出于不同的利益诉求,多元的参与主体对高等职业教育提出了不同的价值要求。因此本文主要探讨在新时代背景下,职业院校如何构建以职业院校为基础,政府为宏观引导,社会各方共同监督的,企业提供成果转化平台的内部多元治理结构。

influenced by the popularization of higher education and the further development of marketization of higher vocational education,the main body of Higher Vocational Education in China has gradually shown a trend of diversification.Due to different interest demands,multiple participants put forward different value requirements for higher vocational education.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses in the new era,vocational colleges how to build a vocational colleges as the basis,the government for the macro guidance,the social parties to jointly supervise,enterprises to provide a platform for the transformation of achievements of the internal multi governance structure.
