浅析小学班主任工作中存在的问题及解决对策

本文简要探讨了小学班主任工作开展中可能存在能力水平不高、积极性不高、观念有待提高等三方面的问题,然后针对这些问题从积极主动,不断提高自身的综合素质;深入学生,因材施教,顺势而为;培养得力的班级干部,发挥帮手的作用等三个方面提出改善的对策。

This paper briefly discusses the three problems that may exist in the development of the work of the primary school head teacher:the low level of ability,the low enthusiasm,and the idea to be improved.Then,in view of these problems,it puts forward three aspects:Taking the initiative to continuously improve their own comprehensive quality;going deep into the students,teaching according to the material,acting according to the situation;cultivating the effective class cadres,and playing the role of helpers Countermeasures for improvement.
