如何通过健全组织结构和管理制度,优化班组建设工作程序等措施,使班组建设标准化、制度化、规范化,发挥班组作为企业最小组织单元的基础管理作用,不断提高班组的工作质量和效率。本文试图以班组建设关键项目为内容,探索构建班组建设的管理体系、制度体系、队伍体系、能力体系和考核体系,有效提升班组建设的规范化、科学化水平。
