摘要
近年来,随着工业生产系统的不断发展,带式运输机被广泛应用与于冶金矿山、煤矿、化工、选煤厂、发电厂等行业的输送和生产流水线等环节,很大程度上提高了生产效率。但由于带式运输机一般采用直线布置形式,长期在恶劣条件下运行会出现打滑、断带、跑偏、急停、撕裂等问题,对生产效率和安全管理带来一定的难度,需要生产单位不断完善设备的保护装置,提高设备安全可靠性。
In recent years,with the continuous development of the industrial production system,belt conveyor is widely used in metallurgical mines,coal mines,chemical industry,coal preparation plant,power plants and other industries transport and production lines,to a large extent to improve the production efficiency.However,due to the linear arrangement of belt conveyor,problems such as slipping,belt breaking,deviating,emergency stop and tearing will occur in long-term operation under bad conditions,which brings certain difficulties to production efficiency and safety management.Therefore,it is necessary for production units to constantly improve the protection device of equipment and improve the safety and reliability of equipment.
