摘要
电子设备的能量主要来自于开关电源,开关电源的保护电路有时可以保证电子设备的安全性。据统计,近90%的电子设备的安全问题都来自于开关电源保护电路设计。本文主要分析了开关电源的设计原则和相应的保护电路的特性,指出这些电路和各种保护方法的缺点,并提供用于开关电源保护电路的在未来的设计基准。
The energy of electronic equipment mainly comes from the switching power supply,the switching power supply protection circuit can sometimes ensure the safety of electronic equipment.According to statistics,nearly 90 percent of the safety problems of electronic equipment are caused by switching power supply protection circuit design.This paper mainly analyzes the design principles of switching power supply and the characteristics of corresponding protection circuits,points out the disadvantages of these circuits and various protection methods,and provides the design criteria for switching power supply protection circuits in the future.
