校企合作背景下中职学校教师培养问题研究

如今,互联网的不断成长,使得科技创新速度持续提升和企业也在不断转型升级,企业对人才需求的转变导致校企合作也逐步成为学校发展的新趋势,影响了中职学校教师的培养问题。现代企业由于时代的发展需要更为专业的人才,进而要求中职学校具备更高的教学水平。因此,企业和学校之间的合作关系更为紧密,中职学校教师培养的背景也进入了全新的发展阶段,基于此,本篇文章对校企合作背景下中职学校教师培养问题进行研究,以供参考。

Nowadays,with the continuous growth of the Internet,the speed of scientific and technological innovation continues to improve and enterprises are also constantly transforming and upgrading.The change of enterprises'demand for talents leads to school-enterprise cooperation gradually becoming a new trend of school development,which affects the training of teachers in secondary vocational schools.Modern enterprises need more professional talents due to the development of The Times,and then require secondary vocational schools with higher teaching level.Therefore,the cooperative relationship between enterprises and schools is closer,and the background of teacher training in secondary vocational schools has entered a new stage of development.Based on this,this paper studies the teacher training in secondary vocational schools under the background of school-enterprise cooperation for reference.
