就业视角下中职汽车专业教学策略探究

中职院校是我国教育体系中的重要构成,中职院校的教学一向都是以就业为导向,遵循实用性的教学原则,注重学生实践能力的提升,基于这种教学理念,中职院校每年为社会输入了大量的专业性人才,填补了诸多领域的人才空缺现状。在中职汽车专业教学的过程中,老师需要充分的认识到当前严峻的就业形势,加速教育改革,打造新时代的需求的人才类型。本文对中职汽车专业教学进行分析,并且提出来几点浅见。

Secondary vocational colleges are an important part of China’s education system.The teaching of vocational colleges has always been employment-oriented,followed practical teaching principles,and focused on the improvement of students’practical ability.Based on this teaching concept,China Every year,vocational colleges input a large number of professional talents to the society,filling the current status of talent vacancies in many fields.In the process of teaching automotive majors in vocational schools,teachers need to fully recognize the current severe employment situation,accelerate education reform,and create the types of talents needed in the new era.This article analyzes the teaching of automotive specialty in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward some suggestions.
