新型冠状病毒疫情下对第十四届全运会之思考

Reflections on the 14th National Games in the Time of COVID-19 Epidemic

新型冠状病毒疫情(下文简称“新冠疫情”)的全球流行导致国际体育赛事延期或取消,为即将举办的第十四届全运会带来诸多变数。以更好地应对此次突发事件为出发点,对新冠疫情背景下全运会所面临的内外困境和机遇展开研究。研究认为:新冠疫情使得社会经济严重受损,奥运会及多项国际大赛延迟,导致全运会获得资源的成本大幅增加。多项赛事与全运会接力举办将影响运动员竞技状态的调整与发挥,将间接影响全运会的竞技水平。另外,全运会还面临自身影响力渐弱以及筹备时间缩短的困境。与此同时,新冠疫情带来的影响倒逼全运会做出更多适应性调整,给全运会的改革创新带来机遇。面对困境与机遇,应在重新定位全运会的价值、转变全运会传播策略、强化全运会的内容展示、创新全运会运作模式、改革全运会的筹备机制等方面积极应对,深化改革,创新发展。

The COVID-19 epidemic has led to postponements or cancellations of international sports events,and also brought many uncertainties to the upcoming 14th National Games.Taking a better response to the current crisis,we conducted a study on the internal and external difficulties and opportunities faced by the National Games in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic.The cost of obtaining resources for the National Games has increased substantially.A number of successive sport events,including the National Games,would directly impact the athletes performance,which would eventually affect the athletic level of the National Games.The dilemma that the 14th National Games have to face is the declining influence of the National Games itself and the tight time for preparation.At the same time,COVID-19 epidemic forces the National Games to make more adaptive adjustments,bringing opportunities for accelerating the reform and innovation.We consider that the National Games,facing difficulties and opportunities,should relocate the value of the National Games,change the communication strategy,strengthen the sport presentation,innovate a new operation mode,and reform the organization mechanism for overcoming the current crisis and getting new development.
