王亚丽从肾虚毒损治疗帕金森病的临床经验探析

Wang Yali′s Clinical Experience in Treating Parkinson′s Disease from Kidney Deficiency and Toxic Damage

近年来相关研究发现帕金森病(PD)患者普遍存在神经毒性反应,防治PD神经毒性反应成为临床研究热点之一,大量实验研究证实运用中医药治疗PD神经毒损害有显著作用。王亚丽教授研究PD多年,有着丰富的临床经验,其认为肝肾亏虚为PD之根本,痰浊、瘀血蕴结体内,日久顽结不解,化毒毁髓,终可致肾虚毒损。此理论认识与神经毒性反应理论有着异曲同工之处。PD病程长,初期以标实明显,故以治标为首,后期病程日久,且患者多年老体弱,脏腑气血俱虚,阴阳失调,本虚标实同俱,故以补益肝肾、化痰逐瘀、解毒通浊为要。文章从肾虚毒损与神经毒性反应的理论相关性、疏筋解毒方的治法方药机理及其相关临床研究出发,结合典型病例对王亚丽教授应用疏筋解毒方从肾虚毒损论治PD进行探析。

In recent years,related studies have found that neurotoxicity is common in patients with Parkinson′s disease.Prevention of Parkinson′s disease neurotoxicity has become one of the research hotspots,and a large number of experimental studies have confirmed that the use of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of PD neurotoxic damage has a significant effect.Professor Wang Yali has been Studying Parkinson′s disease for many years,and has rich clinical experience.Professor Wang believes that liver and kidney deficiency is the root of the disease,turbidity,blood stasis in the body,long-term stubbornness,poisoning and destruction,can eventually lead to kidney deficiency and Toxic Damage.The theory is same as the theory of neurotoxicity.Parkinson′s disease has a long course of disease,and the initial stage is marked by the standard.Therefore,the disease is the first,and the disease lasts for a long time,and the patient is weak and visceral.The yin and yang disorders,the virtual standard is the same,so it is necessary to replenish liver and kidney,phlegm and blood stasis,detoxification and turbidity.The author intends to study the theoretical correlation between kidney deficiency and neurotoxicity and the treatment of Shujin Jiedu prescription.Based on the clinical research of prescription medicine machine and related experiments,combined with typical cases,Professor Wang Yali applied the method of Shujin Jiedu prescription to treat Parkinson′s disease from the treatment of kidney deficiency and Toxic Damage.
