中西医结合疗法对胸痹心痛寒凝血瘀证失眠患者的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on insomnia patients with stable coronary heart disease

目的探讨温灸全息刮痧疗法对老年胸痹心痛寒凝血瘀证并发失眠患者的临床疗效。方法将2017年1月—2018年1月收治的老年胸痹心痛寒凝血瘀证并发失眠患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,各50例。对照组采用常规心血管及失眠的中西医方法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用温灸全息刮痧疗法。观察两组患者临床疗效及中医证候积分、睡眠质量(PSQI)评分、焦虑(HAMA)评分情况。结果两组患者治疗后对照组总有效率为73.47%,治疗组为93.75%,治疗组患者疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、PSQI及HAMA评分均较治疗前显著改善,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温灸全息刮痧疗法对老年胸痹心痛寒凝血瘀证并发失眠患者有显著疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of warming moxibustion and holographic scraping on insomnia in elderly patients with chest arthralgia and heart pain(cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome).Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,50 elderly patients with chest pain(cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome)complicated with insomnia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,50 cases each.The control group was treated and nursed by traditional Chinese and Western medicine for cardiovascular disease and insomnia.The treatment group was treated with warm moxibustion and holographic scraping on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,sleep quality(PSQI)and anxiety assessment(HAMA)were observed and analyzed.Results The improvement of TCM syndrome score,PSQI score and HAMA score of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the control group was 73.47%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm moxibustion and holographic scraping therapy has a good clinical effect on elderly patients with chest pain(cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome)complicated with insomnia,which is worthy of clinical application.
