芪参益气滴丸对气虚血瘀中风患者血清TNF-α、IL-6、IGF-1水平及预后影响

Effect of Qishen Yiqi Drop Pills on serum Tnf-α,IL-6 and IGF-1 levels and prognosis in stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis

目的探讨芪参益气滴丸对气虚血瘀中风患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平及预后的影响。方法选择2017年3月—2019年3月收治的气虚血瘀型缺血性中风患者109例,随机分为观察组56例,对照组53例。对照组给予常规方案治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予芪参益气滴丸。两组均连续治疗28 d。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效,血清TNF-α、IL-6、IGF-1水平变化,日常生活活动能力(ADL)及药物相关不良反应。结果观察组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-6以及IGF-1水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后ADL评分显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未发生药物相关不良反应。结论芪参益气滴丸辅助治疗气虚血瘀型脑中风患者临床疗效显著,可有效抑制患者炎症反应,同时促进患者神经功能康复,改善患者临床预后,值得推广运用。

Objective To explore and analyze the levels of Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)levels in patients of stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 109 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type ischemic stroke treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group 56 cases and control group 53 cases.The control group was given a conventional treatment plan,and the observation group was given Qishen Yiqi dripping pills on the basis of conventional treatment.Both groups were treated continuously for 28 days.The clinical efficacy,serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IGF-1 levels,activities of daily living(ADL)and drug-related adverse reactions.were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IGF-1 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IGF-1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADL score of the two groups was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the ADL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No drug-related adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.It can effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction of patients and promote the recovery of neurological function,improve the clinical prognosis of patients,and is worth of popularizing.
