化痰止眩方联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo treated by Huatan Zhixuan Decoction combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules

目的观察化痰止眩方联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗后循环缺血性眩晕(PCIV)的临床疗效。方法将50例PCIV患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例。对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,治疗组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊联合化痰止眩方治疗。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效、眩晕障碍(DHI)评分及经颅多普勒超声(TCD)情况。结果两组患者治疗后治疗组总有效率为95.8%(23/24),显著高于对照组的73.9%(17/23),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后躯体、功能、情绪及DHI总分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且治疗组治疗后躯体、功能及DHI总分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察患者治疗后TCD改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化痰止眩方联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊可通过改善脑部供血缓解PCIV患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huatan Zhixuan decoction combined with flunarizine capsule on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(PCIV)and its effects on transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD)level.Methods Accorrding to the inclusion criterion,50 patients with PCIV were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,25 cases each group.Besides corresponding basic therapy,the control group was treated by flunarizine capsules,and the treatment group by Huatan Zhixuan Decoction combined with flunarizine capsules.After four weeks of the treatment,comparising the clinicial effect,and the changes of DHI scores and TCD level before and after treating.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,73.9%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total scores of body,function,mood and DHI of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);and the total scores of body,function and DHI of the treatment group were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).(0.05).Observe that the improvement of TCD after treatment is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huatan Zhixuan prescription combined with flunarizine capsule can alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with PCIV,by improving cerebral blood supply,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
