中电导钙离子激活钾通道SK4与心律失常 被引量:3

摘要 中电导钙敏感钾离子通道(SK4)存在于心房和心脏传导系统,在电生理活动中参与产生舒张期最大电位,引发舒张期去极化,进而维持心肌起搏细胞自律性并影响心律。SK4阻滞剂则可以在不影响动作电位的情况下通过减慢心律,缓解甚至消除部分由离子通道异常引发的快速心律失常,在心律失常的治疗方面有良好前景。
