党建工作与学科建设是高校事业的重要组成部分,二者有机融合既是党建工作的内在要求,也是学科发展的必然趋势。河北农业大学林学院坚持“围绕中心、服务大局”这一核心任务,着力加强师资队伍体系和人才培养体系的建设,构建了“精神引领,典型带动,全员看齐”三层递进的党建模式,形成了“一部一品”4个特色支部品牌,助力“一流学科”发展及建设,形成了“12345”基层党建引领学科发展的创新模式。

Party buildup and discipline development are important parts of universities. The organic integration of the two is not only the internal requirement of the party buildup, but also the inevitable trend of discipline development. The forestry discipline of Hebei Agricultural University adheres to the core task of "focusing on the center and serving the overall situation", focuses on strengthening the construction of the faculty system and talents training system, and constructs the three-tier progressive party building model of "spirit leading, typical driving, and all staff are in line". It has formed four characteristic branch brands of "one branch, one brand" to help the development and construction of "first-class disciplines", and formed an innovative model of "12345" grass-roots party construction leading the development of discipline.
