基于空间句法的合肥罍街特色街区空间更新研究

Research on Spatial Renewal of the Characteristic Blocks in Lei Street in Hefei Based on Space Syntax

特色街区可以展现城市性格、打造城市名片,在城市双修的背景下,特色街区在发展过程中面临升级改造和空间活化的问题.文章以合肥市罍街的空间更新为研究对象,通过空间句法理论对其更新前后进行视域和轴线空间对比分析,以期探寻街区升级在空间结构上产生的变化,并量化地解读街区更新在形态、视觉和社会层面的影响.

The characteristic blocks can show the character of the city and create the city business card. Under the background of urban double repair, the characteristic blocks face the problems of upgrading and space activation during the development process. The spatial renewal of Lei street in Hefei is taken as the research object. Through the theory of space syntax, the spatial contrast analysis of the visual and axial map before and after the renewal is carried out to explore the changes in the spatial structure of the block upgrade, and quantitatively interpret the impact of the block update on the form, visual and social levels.
