基于多相似实例的特征加工工艺决策方法

摘要 为有效利用已有相似工艺实例,提出一种基于已有多相似实例的特征加工工艺决策方法。将已有相似实例的特征属性和加工工艺值用向量形式表示,采用4种相似度计算函数和灰色关联分析法,分别计算相似度矩阵和关联度矩阵,通过两矩阵乘积得到自适应度矩阵,由自适应度加权生成新特征的加工工艺。试验结果表明,该方法能够准确有效地生成新特征的加工工艺,满足实际加工需求。 To effectively reuse the existing manufacturing process,a multi similar cases based on manufacturing process planning approach is presented.The multi-similar cases are described as vectors consisting of feature attributes and manufacturing process.The similarity matrix and relational matrix are constructed respectively with grey relational analysis method and multiplied to generate the adaption matrix.The manufacturing process is obtained for the query feature through the weighted sum of adaption values and adjustments.Experimental results show that the approach could effectively generate manufacturing process for query features and satisfy the requirements of engineering application.
