摘要 中央全面深化改革委员会第十四次会议审议通过的《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》(以下简称《方案》),是指导教育评价改革具体落实的纲领性文件。《方案》首次提出改进结果评价、强化过程评价、探索增值评价、健全综合评价的思想。改进结果评价是对功利性评价文化的反思,强化过程评价强调评价的动态性和诊断性,探索增值评价有利于打破评价结果的固化,健全综合评价意涵着评价标准和主体的多元性。在此基础上,提出深化新时代教育评价制度和机制改革的几点思考。 The fourteenth meeting of the Central Committee for comprehensive deepening reform deliberated and approved the overall plan for deepening the reform of education evaluation in the new era, which has become a programmatic document guiding the reform of education evaluation. The plan puts forward the idea of"four evaluations"for the first time. Improving the summative evaluation is a reflection on the utilitarian evaluation cultures. Strengthening the formative evaluation emphasizes the dynamic and diagnostic nature of the evaluation.Exploring the value-added evaluation is conducive to breaking the solidification of the evaluation results. And improving the comprehensive evaluation means the diversity of evaluation standards and subjects. On this basis, we put forward some thoughts on deepening the reform of education evaluation system and mechanism in the new era.
