The Direction Change of Students’ Evaluation Reform of Basic Education in the New Era

教育评价改革是基础教育领域落实立德树人机制的关键环节。《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》(以下简称《方案》)提出改进结果评价、强化过程评价、探索增值评价、健全综合评价等改革举措,为新时代基础教育评价改革指明了方向。贯彻《方案》精神,深化新时代基础教育评价改革,应着力基础教育评价改革的理念转向、路径转向和制度转向,从根本上扭转不科学的教育评价导向,实现以评价促进学生全面发展的功能。

The reform of basic education evaluation is the key link to implement the mechanism of moral education.The overall plan puts forward supporting reform measures, such as improving summative evaluation, strengthening formative evaluation, exploring value-added evaluation and perfecting comprehensive evaluation, which points out the direction of basic education evaluation reform in the new era. To carry out the spirit of the overall plan and deepen the basic education evaluation reform in the new era, we should focus on the concept, path and system orientation of the basic education evaluation reform, fundamentally reverse the unscientific orientation of education evaluation, and realize the function of promoting the all-round development of students by evaluation.
