摘要 高温防护服作为一种能保护人体免受高温伤害的防护装备,其设计方案是热学研究中的重点与热点.本文结合传热学理论建立了基于元胞自动机的仿真优化模型.使用循环遍历法求解得到高温防护服厚度参数的数值解.实验结果表明第Ⅱ层的最优厚度为10.3 mm,灵敏度分析结果显示第Ⅱ层厚度在最优厚度的基础上变化0.2 mm,人体皮肤表面温度变化幅度小于1℃,稳定性较好. As a kind of protective equipment that can protect the human body from high temperature damage, the special design of high temperature protective clothing is the key point and hotspot in thermal research. Based on the theory of heat transfer, a simulation optimization model based on generalized cellular automata was established in this paper. The numerical solution of the parameters of the high temperature protective clothing was obtained by using the method of loop traversal. The experimental results showed that the optimal thickness of the second layer was 10.3 mm. The sensitivity analysis results showed that the surface temperature of the human skin changed within 1°C when the thickness of the second layer changed between 0.2 mm and the stability was good.
