京津冀协同背景下河北省特色农产品优势区建设路径

On the Construction Path of Predominant Areas of Characteristic Agricultural Products in Hebei Province in the Background of the Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

基于京津冀协同发展国家重大战略背景,沿着"路径依赖-路径突破-路径创造"的理论框架与思路,针对河北省特色农产品优势区建设特征与存在的问题,分析了优势区建设路径依赖的内部与外部因素、路径突破的内生与外生变量和路径创造的内部与外部条件。河北省应该建设"特优名新产品+特优名新区域"的特色农产品优势区,对此提出创造良好机制、改善客观条件、补齐体系短板和拓展区域联合空间等对策。

Based on the national strategic background of coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,within the theoretical framework of"path dependence-path breakthrough-path creation",in view of the construction characteristics and existing problems of predominant areas of characteristic agricultural products in Hebei,the paper analyzes the internal and external factors of path dependence,the endogenous and exogenous variables of path breakthrough,and the internal and external conditions of path creation.The conclusion is drawn that predominant areas of characteristic agricultural products which are characteristic of not only special and excellent products but special and excellent areas as well should be constructed in Hebei.Such countermeasures are suggested as creating a good mechanism,improving the objective conditions,perfecting the system and expanding the space of regional cooperation.
