摘要
基于需求层次理论和社会交换理论,构建包容型领导、心理所有权、差错沟通和知识共享的理论模型。研究发现:包容型领导正向影响员工知识共享,心理所有权在两者关系中发挥中介作用,差错沟通对心理所有权与知识共享之间的正向关系有增强作用。
Based on the theory of demand hierarchy and social exchange theory,the theoretical model of tolerant leadership,psychological ownership,error communication and knowledge sharing is constructed.The study has found that the tolerant leadership positively influences the employee knowledge sharing,and psychological ownership plays a mediating role in the relationship between the two.Error communication enhances the positive relationship between psychological ownership and knowledge sharing.
