半轻钢筋混凝土柱偏心受压性能试验研究

摘要 为了研究半轻混凝土偏心受压构件的受力性能及其在结构体系中的应用,通过对6种偏压柱进行单调加载试验,分析了不同偏心距、骨料掺量对构件破坏形态、柱中挠度、侧向挠度、钢筋应变、混凝土应变以及承载力的影响。研究结果表明:石轻混凝土(Gravel Lightweight Concrete,GLWC)、混轻混凝土(Hybrid Aggregates Lightweight Concrete,HALWC)和少陶粒混凝土(Hybrid Aggregates Concrete with Less Ceramsite,HACC)的破坏形态、挠度曲线、应变变化规律和普通混凝土、全轻混凝土构件基本相似;在其他条件相同情况下,HACC构件的刚度比GLWC、HALWC大,而GLWC与HALWC相差不大。由此可知,HACC、HALWC和GLWC构件性能稳定,正截面承载力具有较大的安全储备,能够满足工程要求,HACC、HALWC和GLWC可以作为结构材料代替普通混凝土和全轻混凝土。 In order to study the mechanical performance of semi-lightweight concrete reinforced columns under eccentric loading and their application in the structural system,the effects of different eccentricity and different aggregate content on lateral deflection,concrete compressive strain,steel bar strain and bearing capacity of members were analyzed by monotonic loading test on 6 eccentric compression columns.The results show that the failure mode,deflection curve and section strain distribution of hybrid aggregates concrete with HACC、GLWC and HALWC column members are basically similar to those of normal weight concrete and lightweight concrete columns.Under the same other conditions,the stiffness of HACC column components is larger than that of GLWC and HALWC,but the difference between GLWC and HALWC is not big.It can be found that the performance of HACC,HALWC and GLWC column members is stable in the test process,and the bearing capacity has a large safety reserve,which can meet the engineering requirements,and can be used as structural materials to replace ordinary concrete and all light concrete.
