摘要
针对规模化电动汽车随机接入电网的能量调度问题,提出考虑用户满意度的电动汽车双层充放电调度模型。其中,上层模型以配电网负荷方差最小为目标,并考虑调度中心与代理商的互动因素;下层模型以两阶段调度策略为基础,在代理商跟随配电网调度计划的前提下,注重提高用户满意度。采用粒子群算法对调度模型进行分析,结果表明:所建模型不仅能很好地平抑负荷波动,还可有效提高用户满意度。
In order to solve the energy scheduling problem of large-scale electric vehicles accessed to power grid randomly,this paper proposes a bi-level charging and discharging scheduling model for electric vehicles considering consumer satisfaction.The upper model takes the minimum variance of distribution network load as the objective,and considers the interaction factors between dispatching center and the agents.The lower model is based on a two-stage dispatching strategy,under the premise that the agents follow the distribution network scheduling plan,focusing on improving the customers’fee satisfaction index.Particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to conduct dispatching analysis of the model and the results show that the model can not only suppress load fluctuation well,but also improve user satisfaction effectively.
