摘要
知识融合背景下,专利法实践教学面临知识融合带来的不同学科思维逻辑的冲突、传统实践教学模式的僵化、跨学科学习难度的增加和对学生知识素养的高要求等挑战。对此,授课教师可在课程设置与课时设计适当调整的基础上,强化专利法实践教学的“问题与目标任务”导向,实施项目带动式、任务驱动型的“模块式”“专题式”教学,以此提升专利法实践教学的效果。
Under the background of knowledge integration,patent law practice teaching is faced with many challenges,such as the conflict of thinking logic in different disciplines brought by knowledge integration,the ossification of traditional practice teaching mode,the increase of difficulty in interdisciplinary learning,and the high requirements for students’knowledge literacy.In this regard,on the basis of appropriate adjustment of curriculum and class design,teachers can strengthen the guidance of“problems and target tasks”in patent law practice teaching,and implement project-driven and task-driven“modular”and“thematic”teaching,so as to improve the effect of patent law practice teaching.
