矢流送风下高大空间厂房颗粒物浓度控制特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了更有效地排除高大空间厂房内的污染物并达到节能的目的,运用计算流体力学方法研究了侧上圆角送风和屋顶中间半圆送风方式下的高大空间厂房内微小颗粒物的浓度分布情况,即在不同污染源强度下对应不同换气次数的浓度分布规律。结果表明,无论哪种送风方式,换气次数越多或者污染源强度越低时,空间内产生的颗粒物浓度越小;越接近地面靠近回风口,颗粒物浓度越大,越有利于其排出;且在相同情况下,采用屋顶中间半圆送风方式时,靠近回风口处的颗粒物浓度均高于采用侧上圆角送风方式时的颗粒物浓度。因此,高大空间中,一定颗粒物浓度水平下,相比其他送风方式,屋顶中间半圆送风方式需要的换气次数较少,更能达到节能目的。研究结果能够为相关企业进行厂房内粉尘污染控制提供参考。 In order to effectively eliminate the pollutants in high ceiling industrial plant and achieve the purpose of energy saving,the distribution of particulate matter in the mode of rounded air supply and half cylinder air supply in high ceiling industrial plant was studied by Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)method in this paper,that is,the concentration distribution law of different ventilations under different intensities of pollution source.The results show that either way of the air supply modes,the larger the ventilation frequency or the lower the pollution source intensity is,the smaller the particulate concentration in the space is;the closer it is to the ground and the air inlet,the higher the particulate concentration is,which is beneficial to its elimination.In the same case,the particulate concentration near the return air inlet with half cylinder air supply is higher than that with rounded air supply.Therefore,under a certain particulate concentration level in high ceiling buildings,compared with other air supply modes,half cylinder air supply needs less times of air exchange and can achieve the purpose of energy saving.The results provide a reference for related enterprises to control dust in the factory building.
