论“一带一路”视域下中原文化传播与城市建设的融合路径

Strategy Probe on the Blend of Dissemination of Central Plains Culture and Urban Construction in the Context of the“The Belt and Road”Initiative

腹有诗书气自华,人如此,城市亦是如此。中原大地若想借助“一带一路”的东风重新点燃承载丝路的千年梦想,就必须将文化厚植于城市建筑之中,来增强自身的文化底蕴。但强劲的欧陆风困惑了城市对文化道路的选择,中原城市的文化味正急剧丧失,古建筑的传统风貌也惨遭吞噬,即使有文化元素与现代建筑的偶发结合,也显得生硬和浅薄。如此,势必要拓宽文化与建筑融合的路径:树立文化立市的理念,深度挖掘历史资源,找准切入点,“活化”历史遗存,做好“文化固节”,赋予城市建筑以时代性和文化性双重表达,继而助力中原城市对外树立形象,对内凝聚人心。

Wisdom in hold,elegance in mold.People are so,and cities are so.If the central plain area wants to light the millennium dream of the Silk Road again through the platform of the“The belt and road”initiative,it has to plant the culture into the soil of urban construction to strengthen its cultural deposits.Whereas,under the influence of European style,the cities are confused about choosing a cultural road:the features of central plains'urban construction have declined sharply;the traditional scenes of historic buildings have been eroded ruthlessly;the sporadic blends of cultural element and modern building have showed up in a rigid and shallow way.Therefore,we must strengthen the blend of central plains culture and urban construction:set the concept of cultural based city,dig up the historic and cultural resource deeply,find the right point of penetration,resurge the historical relics,endow the urban construction double expression of era and culture,which will be helpful for central cities to build image to outside and bring people together inside.
