摘要
为满足提质升级项目生产准备人员素质能力需要,中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司优化生产培训模式,通过5阶段全员全过程培训,开展包括基础知识和专业知识教育、同类装置实习、岗位练兵、计算机仿真培训、投料前试车等阶段生产准备培训,创新培训管理机制和培养模式,超常规地开展强化培训,人力资源素质能力成功满足公司炼油老区结构调整提质升级项目需要。
In order to meet the requirement on quality and capacity of the production preparation personnel of the quality upgrade project,SINOPEC Zhenhai Branch optimized the production training model,conducted 5-stage full-process production preparation training for all staff,including basic knowledge and professional knowledge education,similar equipment preparation training,job training,computer simulation training,pre-commissioning test and training in other stages,innovated training management mechanism and training model,uncommonly conducted intensive training,so that the quality and capability of its human resources successfully meet the needs of the company’s old oil refining area structural adjustment and upgrading projects.
