丙烯腈液相催化加氢制丙腈的实验研究

摘要 考察了几种常见的丙烯腈液相加氢催化剂的反应效果,以雷尼镍为催化剂,对工艺条件进行了优化,确定液相加氢工艺条件为:反应温度90℃,反应压力4 MPa,不需要反应溶剂,催化剂用量为1.8%。丙烯腈完全转化,丙腈收率90%以上,催化剂重复使用15次后的反应平均收率为91.0%。 The reaction effects of several common hydrogenation catalysts were investigated,and the reaction conditions with nickel rani as catalyst were optimized.The conditions for liquid phase hydrogenation are determined as below:the reaction temperature is 90℃,the reaction pressure is 4 MPa,no reaction solvent required,and the amount of catalyst is 1.8%,under which the acrylonitrile is completely transformed,and the yield of acrylonitrile is over 90%.The average yield of the reaction is 91.0%after the catalyst is reused for 20 times.
