HT-S除油除渣系统在常减压装置的应用

Application of HT-S Oil and Residue Removal System in 2^#Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit

为了更好地满足环保要求,降低装置加工损失,中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司炼油部2#常减压蒸馏装置电脱盐含油污水投用了HT-S除油除渣系统。运行结果表明:该系统具有较强的除油能力,装置含油污水油质量浓度下降至20 mg/L左右,有效缓解了下游污水处理装置压力,同时将回收的污油进行回炼,降低了装置的加工损失。

In order to better meet the requirements of environmental protection and reduce the processing loss of the device,the HT-S oil removal and slag removal system was used in the electric desalination oily sewage of the 2#atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of the Refining Division of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited.The operation results show that the system has strong oil removal capacity,and the oil concentration of the oily sewage in the device is reduced to about 20 mg/L,which effectively reduces the oil concentration of the sewage discharged from the device and relieves the pressure of the downstream sewage treatment device.The recycling of the recovered slop oil also reduces the processing loss of the unit.
