工业乙炔加氢反应技术研究进展

摘要 工业乙炔加氢反应作为高纯度乙烯原料精制的有效方法之一,在国内外乙烯生产装置上被普遍采用。自乙烯工业出现以来,各国学者对乙炔加氢反应机理与催化剂失活机理的研究从未间断,取得了大量具有理论和工业应用价值的成果,典型的反应动力学表达式形式包括Langmuir-Hinshelwood型和幂指数型两大类,前者根据反应中心活性种类的不同,又衍生出大量的亚类反应机理;失活机理则包括低聚物生成机制和丁二烯生成机制等,目前这些理论与方法还处在逐步完善与发展之中。 Industrial acetylene hydrogenation is one of the effective methods to refine high purity ethylene,which is widely used in ethylene production plants at our country and overseas.Since ethylene as a basic material of organic chemical industry,the acetylene hydrogenation reaction mechanism and catalyst deactivation mechanism have been studied uninterrupted by the domestic and overseas scholars.A lot of achievements aspect of theory and industrial application have been found out,such as the typical reaction kinetics expression form of Langmuir-Hinshelwood type and power type.A lot of the subclass of reaction mechanism and the deactivation mechanism has been put forward.At present the theory and method is still in the proceeding of improvement and development.
