摘要
为了测量瞬时转速,设计了基于数据采集卡的软件计数测量算法。通过对磁电式转速传感器发出的单个周期脉冲方波进行采样点计数,获得方波信号的瞬时频率,从而测得瞬时转速。实验结果表明:该测量方法简单、容易实现,适合以工控机和数据采集卡为硬件的测量系统。
In order to measure instantaneous rotation speed,the software counting measuring algorithm was designed based on the data acquisition card.The instantaneous frequency of the square wave signal was obtained by counting the sampling points of the single periodic pulse square wave from the magnetoelectric speed sensor,and then the instantaneous rotation speed was measured.The experimental results show that the measuring method is simple,easy to implement and suitable for the measurement system with industrial computer and data acquisition card as hardware.
