京津冀一体化经济发展带来了严重的环境问题,如雾霾、水污染、水土流失等。这涉及到人与生态之间的伦理关系问题、生态资源在不同地域间的分配正义问题以及代际之间的分配正义问题。这些问题可以通过如下方式解决:第一,通过实现京津冀三地环保立法并协同执法以及提升这些地区人们的环保意识的方式,实现绿色发展;第二,协调京津冀三地的生态平衡发展。认清并解决这些问题,有利于促进京津冀三地的整体发展和可持续发展。

Coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has brought serious environmental problems,such as smog,water pollution,soil erosion.These involve the ethical relationship between man and ecology,the justice of the distribution of ecological resources in different regions and between generations.These problems can be solved in the following ways:first,green development can be achieved by implementing environmental legislation and coordinating law enforcement in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and promoting people's awareness of environmental protection in these areas;second,we need to coordinate the development of ecological balance of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Recognizing and solving these problems can promote the overall and sustainable development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
