摘要
在高职院校对产教命运共同体理论探索的基础上,对高素质农民培育进行了实践和研究。构建了高职院校与农业领域“愿景共同、政策共向、队伍共组、平台共建、资源共用、成果共享”的产教命运共同体,在农民培育中突出“素质、能力、情感”三要素,形成“三维度”(精度、深度、温度)的培育模式,满足乡村振兴对高素质农民的需求。
Based on the theoretical exploration into the integrated community of production and education in higher vocational colleges,practice and research are carried out on the cultivation of high-quality farmers.A community with shared vision,policy,team,platform,resources and harvest is built between higher vocational colleges and agriculture industry.In the farmers’cultivation,the three elements of quality,ability and passion are highlighted and a three-dimensional mode of accuracy,depth and warmth is formed,thus meeting the demand of rural revitalization for high-quality farmers.
