养老地产“文、旅、养”一体化开发的实践

Practice on the Integrated Development of Old-age Real Estate with Culture,Tourism and Health Care

随着我国老龄化进程的加快,养老成为全社会关注的热点。养老地产是房地产市场的新领域,为老年人走向集中养老提供更专业化、社会化的服务。通过对国内外养老地产发展现状以及问题分析,以闽北“意境花城”为例,阐述养老地产文、旅、养一体化开发的依据,采用swot方法,就其优势、劣势、机遇、威胁展开分析,并就各项问题提出具体解决对策。

With the acceleration of China’s aging process,old-age care has become a hotspot for the whole society.Old-age care real estate is a new field in the real estate market,which provides more professional and socialized services for the centralized old-age care.Based on the analysis of the development status and problems of pension real estate at home and abroad,and taking Yijing Huacheng real estate in northern Fujian as an example,this paper illustrates the basis for the integration of cultural,tourism and health care development of pension real estate.By using swot analysis,it analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of this integrated development of pension real estate.Meanwhile,it proposes specific solutions to various problems.
