摘要
教师暗喻蕴含着社会对于这一职业特定的角色期待。从农耕时代到当今网络社会,皆以种种暗喻引导教师形成正确的职业观。不同时代的教师暗喻,其表现形式和内容可能会有所不同,但对教师的角色期待却是大同小异的。这些暗喻不仅激励着一代代有识之士选择教师这一职业,而且引导着青年教师形成契合社会期待的职业观。青年教师正处在职业观形成的关键时期,有效运用教师暗喻进行激励,对于他们形成正确的职业观不无裨益。
Teacher metaphors imply the specific role expectations of society for this profession.From the farming era to the current network society,all kinds of metaphors are used to guide teachers to form a correct career outlook.Teacher metaphors in different times may have different forms and contents,but the expectations of teachers’roles are similar.These metaphors not only motivate generations of visionaries to choose the profession of teachers,but also guide young teachers to form a career outlook that meets the expectations of society.Young teachers are in the critical period of the formation of their career concepts.To motivate young teachers with teacher metaphors effectively is of great benefit for them to form correct career outlooks.
