高校女知识分子联谊会是高校重要的女性社会组织,在高校发挥着女性独特育人作用。文章简述了高校女知识分子联谊会的工作定位与建设状况,分析了女知识分子联谊会工作的使命,提出了从结合专业建设、组织联谊活动、真情关爱帮助、就业创业指导等多方面发挥女性社会组织独特作用的实践路径,为女性社会组织在高校教育事业发展中贡献力量。

The Association of Female Intellectuals is an important female social organization in colleges and universities,which plays a unique role in educating in colleges and universities.This paper briefly describes the work orientation and construction status of female intellectual associations in colleges and universities.Then it analyzes the mission of female intellectual associations.Meanwhile,it presents the practical ways to exert the unique role of female social organizations from the aspects of professional construction,organization of friendship activities,genuine care and help,and guidance of employment and entrepreneurship,thus contributing to the development of college education cause.
