心理护理在支气管扩张伴咯血患者中的应用

The application of psychological nursing in patients with bronchiectasis accompanied by hemoptysis

目的:探究支气管扩张伴咯血患者辅以心理护理干预的临床应用效果。方法:本文主要针对2018年1月至2019年4月于本院接受治疗的支气管扩张伴咯血症患者74例,分为观察组与对照组,对照组辅以常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上辅以心理护理干预,对比两组患者护理效果。结果:观察组患者护理效果明显优于对照组,发生再咯血的概率较对照组相比更低(P<0.05)。两组患者未经护理前心态评分无明显差异,经护理干预后,观察组SAS评分(24.05±1.47)分、SDS评分(23.12±2.03)分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对此次护理更为满意。结论:支气管扩张伴咯血症患者辅以心理护理干预能够改善患者焦虑、抑郁等不良心态,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis.Methods:This article mainly focused on 74 patients with bronchiectasis with snimatosis who were treated in our hospital from January 20 to April 2019.They were divided into observation group and control group,and the control group was supplemented with routine nursing intervention.Supplemented by psychological nursing intervention,compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.Results:The nursing effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The probability of re-hemoptysis was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the pre-treatment mentality scores between the two groups.After the nursing intervention,the SAS scores(24.05±1.47)points and SDS scores(23.12±2.03)points were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with this care.Conclusion:Bronchiectasis with cough can improve patients'anxiety,depression and other bad mentality,improve patients'satisfaction.
