护理流程管理在纤维支气管镜检查患者健康教育中的应用效果观察

Effect of nursing procedure management on health education of patients with fiberoptic bronchoscopy

目的:观察护理流程管理在纤维支气管镜检查患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2018年3月至2019年3月接诊的进行纤维支气管镜检查的患者120例,将其按照电脑随机表法分成研究组和对照组,每组分别60例,对照组患者进行常规护理,研究组患者进行护理流程管理,对比两组患者的检查成功率和患者对护理服务的满意度。结果:研究组检查成功率为98.33%、患者对护理服务的满意度为96.67%;对照组患者检查成功率为88.33%、患者对护理服务的满意度为85.00%,可见研究组患者的检查成功率和满意度均显著高于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纤维支气管镜属于侵入性检查,对患者开展护理流程管理能够明显提高检查成功率,提高患者对护理服务的满意程度,值得应用。

Objective:To observe the application effect of nursing procedure management in health education of patients with fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy from March 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital were enrolled.The patients were divided into study group and control group according to the computer randomized table method,60 patients in each group.For routine care,patients in the study group underwent management of the care process,comparing the success rate of the two groups of patients with the patient's satisfaction with the care service.Results:The success rate of the study group was 98.33%,and the satisfaction rate of the patients was 96.67%.The success rate of the control group was 88.33%,and the satisfaction of the patients with the care service was 85.00%.The rate and satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fiberoptic bronchoscopy is an invasive examination.The management of nursing procedures can significantly improve the success rate of examinations and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services.It is worth application.
