我国临床护理师资培训研究进展

Research progress on training model of clinical nursing teachers in China

护理学是一门实践性很强的应用学科,临床教学环节是护理教育中的重要组成部分。随着我国护理学科的不断发展,护理学内涵也在逐渐拓展,且国内高等教育推广程度也逐渐提高。多年来,我国各阶层医疗机构在护理人员培训方面做出了突出的贡献,但护理资源并不充分,这说明了加强我国临床护理师资培训工作的重要性及必要性。本文从我国临床护理师资队伍现状、培训方案等方面,了解我国临床护理师资培训模式研究进展。

Nursing is a practical applied subject,clinical teaching is an important part of nursing education.With the continuous development of the nursing discipline in China,the connotation of nursing science is gradually expanding,and the degree of domestic higher education promotion is gradually increasing.Over the years,medical institutions of all levels in China have made outstanding contributions to the training of nursing staff.But nursing resources are not sufficient.This illustrates the importance and necessity of strengthening the training of clinical nursing teachers in China.In this paper,from the current situation of clinical nursing teachers in China,training programs and other aspects,to understand the research progress of clinical nursing teachers training mode in China.
